After being fined almost $62 million for withholding the full amount of customer tips from its Flex delivery drivers Amazon may be sued for $1 million by BarberBackpack.com/Barber Backpack LLC for trademark infringement and unfair business practices.
Amazon is facing a lawsuit which will be filed due to it allowing various Chinese brands to manufacture counterfeit knock offs of a seasoned brands product and use it’s trademark while doing so on their platform.
Amazon was repeatedly contacted about the infringement and despite various requests from the CEO to cease and desist, Amazon has failed to respond and still allows the Barber Backpack trademark to be infringed upon, causing the company Barber Backpack LLC great irreparable harm.

Amazon’s CEO Jeff BEzos recently announced he would be stepping down following the discovery that amazon will be fined almost $62 million for withholding the full amount of customer tips from its Flex delivery drivers. “In total, Amazon stole nearly one-third of drivers’ tips to pad its own bottom line,” Commissioner Rohit Chopra said in a statement.
Now amazon is also being sued by New York state attorney general over Covid-19 shortfalls.
